Cannot get profile Id and pin

I cannot get profile id and pin. The always on website provides a terrible help page that only gives you pictures and no clickable links.

The instructions to find your profile and pin are wrong (there is no link on the actually site) and the app has not help function.

Frustrating, terrible app.
